SyncBack Touch is available for macOS (also for Windows, Linux and Android). It lets SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE copy files to and from another device, e.g. macOS computer. SyncBackFree cannot use SyncBack Touch. Simply install SyncBack Touch on the device you want to the access the files on and then create a profile in SyncBackPro/SE to use that device.

Alternatively, you can install SyncBackSE/Pro on a Windows computer then open an SMB network share on your Mac, then backup what you want either to Mac or from Mac. Here is an article on how to setup an SMB network share on Mac:

Assuming that this share was opened correctly, and there are no security issues, SyncBackSE/Pro should successfully copy to and from the SMB share.
We also understand SyncBackPro works well with Parallels and other virtual Windows environments.

Be aware however, that some files on a Mac have different file naming conventions, and use 'illegal' characters from a Windows operating system perspective. Your backup may therefore produce errors when attempting to copy certain Mac files to the Windows operating system. The same rule applies in reverse: your backup may produce errors when attempting to copy certain Windows files to the Mac operating system.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. You're advised to do a test backup/synchronization on some temporary data before setting up a final profile to backup/synchronize your valuable data.
